Through my journey of opening and running Scrivener Solutions, I have discovered there’s a better way of marketing than always “hustling” for business. For me, the most effective way to grow my business has been through relationships.
When you grow your client base through relationships and develop those relationships through communication, then business will come to you. You don’t have to chase after people trying to convince them to buy something they aren’t ready for.
My core belief is consistent processes to bridge the trust gap and help people get to know me, trust me, and therefore want to do business with me. Of course, there are techniques, analytics, and techy stuff that comes along with that…but the foundation is relationships.
Through building relationships, what has happened is that I found myself helping others on tasks that have to do with marketing. In most cases, those marketing tasks led to processes to help them to develop or strengthen their relationships with their customers. Through this work, Scrivener Solutions has evolved and has become specialized in the field of content marketing.
What does that mean??
Content is the words, the images and messaging of what you stand for and how you help people. Building and maintaining quality relationships is the best foundation for any business.
Working behind-the-scenes, the Scrivener Solutions team provides the stability, consistency, and quality needed to strengthen our clients’ relationships with their customers. We have grown from a team of one to a team of seven, each having the dedication and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the relationships I’ve developed over the past five years. You really mean a lot to me. I am excited what the new year will bring.
