You should be aware of how you show up in your recipient’s email Inbox.
Why is this important?
As a coach, consultant, or other small shop service provider, personal relationships are very important. And being personal goes right down to the littlest of details, one of which is how your name and business shows up in an email Inbox.
My recommendation is to keep things personal and make sure you include your name in the From Field.
Think of your strategy. Think about your email recipient.
Clarity is important. You don’t want to confuse the recipient. Remember, the individuals on your email list receive many messages a day. You don’t want them to use too many brain cells to remember who you are.
My recommendation is to keep things personal and make sure you include your name in the From Field. Remember keep things personal. Depending on your strategy, it would be appropriate to also include your business name in addition to your first name in the From Field.
